I bought my first home in 2010 and Skip Cobb was excellent. This being my first experience, he made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions (and I had many) and got me the best rate possible. Couple of years later I refinanced my home and also went with Skip. He once again answered all of my questions, came to my home (all the way in Hyattsville, MD) when it was convenient to me after work and on a weekend.
